(1) Young Investigators: Students (for MD, MSc, PhD) / Clinical Trainee (MD in training) / Residents: Attendees must submit either a proof of student status (copy of University ID card) or provide a proof of their status by the Head of Department. The age limit for the registration is 32 years (incl. the age of 32 at the time of the conference). A copy of an ID card or passport showing the date of birth must be uploaded during registration.
(2) Please select this option when you are affiliated with a patient organisation. This option is only valid if you can provide official confirmation of your employment or involvement. Proof has to be uploaded during the registration.
(3) Retired attendees must upload a valid proof of retirement during the registration process.
Accepted documents may include an official retirement certificate, pension confirmation, or any other official document confirming the retired status. The document must clearly show the attendee’s name and retirement status.
(4) The Reduced Fee is applicable for Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers. A proof of your employment incl. date must be uploaded during the registration process.
(5) The ticket holder must accompany a registered participant. Access is limited to the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner. Admission to the scientific sessions and the exhibition is not included.

Payments & Taxes
- All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include 20% VAT.
- You can pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.
- Invoices with an address in the European Union should bear a valid VAT Number.
- The invoicing address and VAT number should be provided during the registration process.
- Early bird rates are valid if paid until the early bird deadline.
- After early bird deadline expiration, unpaid registrations are switched automatically to the valid registration fee of the day.
Refund | Cancellation | Processing Fee Policy
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to AIM Austria GmbH. Cancellation of all ticket types is possible free of charge before or on 17 August 2026. After this date a refund is no longer possible and the full participation fee, regardless of the ticket type, must be paid. There will also be no refund if the participant is unable to attend the conference during the specified period.
Rebooking your registration to a substitute participant is possible at a fee at any time prior to the issuing of the conference badge. Once the participant has been issued their badge, no name change is possible anymore. Please note that a processing fee of EUR 50.00 including tax will be charged for the name change.
For changes to payment information, address or other relevant information, a processing fee of EUR 20.00 including tax will be charged. A processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for re-issuing of a lost name badge. The original name badge loses its validity as a result.
General Registration information
Please note that your registration will only be confirmed upon successful receipt of payment. Two weeks prior to the early registration deadline and two weeks before the congress, we strongly recommend paying by credit card to ensure that the payment is received in time in the conference bank account. This will help you avoid being moved to a higher registration fee category due to late payment processing.
We advise you to observe the relevant registration deadlines as registration fees depend on the date your payment is received and will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that you are responsible for all bank charges incurred and that neither NF Kinder nor the 2026 European NF Conference Team is responsible for tracking any transfers deposited without the required identification information. Upon receipt of your payment at our bank account your registration will be finalised and a confirmation email including an invoice will be sent to you.
