Welcome to the
2026 European Neurofibromatosis Conference!
We are delighted to invite you to the 2026 European Neurofibromatosis Conference, taking place in Vienna, Austria, from 12 to 14 November 2026, at the elegant Hyatt Regency Vienna (previously Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere).
The 2026 European Neurofibromatosis conference will focus on patient involvement in Neurofibromatosis research and care, bringing together leading experts, clinicians, researchers, and patient representatives from across Europe and beyond. Organised in close collaboration between the patient organisation NF Kinder and the Medical University of Vienna, the event reflects the strong partnership between science and the patient community driving progress in this field.
Together, we will explore the latest advances in understanding and managing Neurofibromatosis type 1, NF2-related and non-related Schwannomatosis, and discuss how collaborative approaches can improve both scientific progress and patient outcomes.
Vienna, at the heart of Europe, offers an inspiring setting for exchange and innovation. Known for its outstanding infrastructure, rich cultural heritage, and welcoming atmosphere, the city provides the ideal backdrop for a memorable scientific event. The Hyatt Regency Vienna (previously Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere), our conference venue, combines contemporary design with first-class facilities and is ideally located in the heart of Vienna, close to the historic Belvedere Palace and the main railway station.
The scientific programme will include keynote lectures and scientific sessions covering patient-centred care and psychosocial aspects, collaborative research models integrating patients, clinicians, and scientists, recent advances in molecular and clinical research on NF1 and Schwannomatosis, and emerging therapies and precision medicine approaches.
We expect around 300–400 participants, including scientists, healthcare professionals, and patient advocates as well as industry partners. The conference will provide an open and collegial environment to exchange knowledge, present new findings, and strengthen collaboration within the international Neurofibromatosis community.
We warmly invite you to participate in this unique event — as a delegate, speaker, or poster presenter — and to contribute to advancing Neurofibromatosis and Schwannomatosis research through collaboration and patient involvement.
Vienna's vibrant atmosphere, combined with a rich scientific programme and inspiring social activities, will make the 2026 European Neurofibromatosis Conference an unforgettable experience. We look forward to welcoming you to Vienna in November 2026!
