WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA?
The organiser of the 2026 European NF Conference has appointed AIM Austria GmbH to manage registrations for the 2026 European NF Conference.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
By registering, you consent to AIM Austria GmbH (on behalf of EUNF) using your registration data for:
- Managing YOUR CONGRESS REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
- Sending you relevant updates about the 2026 European NF Conference activities and future events (e.g.newsletters)
- Compiling post-event statistics (e.g. fields of interest, country statistics)
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING
During the event, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By registering, you agree that images or footage featuring you may be used in:
- Press releases and media coverage
- EUNF and AIM publications, websites, and social media channels
DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
Your personal data will be retained only for the duration of the event and its post-processing, unless:
- Legal obligations require longer storage
- AIM Austria GmbH needs to retain data to protect its rights or comply with judicial/government requests

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal limitations.
